Programs

Infants

A program designed especially for infants, ages 6 weeks through 12 months. We as parents understand how difficult it is to find the right center for your child. That is why our Infant program is your home away from home, and was created with environments and materials that are specially designed to encourage infants’ development. Carousel accepts infants starting at 6 weeks of age.

Older Infants/Young Toddler Classrooms

Mobile, Communicating & Believing

A program designed to transition your child from infancy to the toddler stage, in a classroom that is designed to help with each child’s unique transitional stage, providing adequate space to explore and grow. While enjoying their day at CP, the young toddlers are growing and enhancing their Language and Literacy, Social Emotional, Cognitive, Physical, and Creative Arts development. Each class has a daily schedule that includes child led, play based enrichment activities provided on our weekly lesson plans.

Carousel Preschool provides bi-annual parent/teacher conferences to ensure your child is on the right track & furthering their progression in growth and development.

Bi-Weekly Activities

Bi-Weekly activities are posted for parents. We feel a home and school connection plays a tremendous role in your child’s development. Our teachers track your child’s progression throughout the year and you will have the opportunity to meet with your child’s teachers twice as year to discuss their progress. These meetings provide an opportunity for teachers to discuss all your child’s accomplishments throughout the year. While we use the Reggio Emilia approach to create environments that serve as a Third teacher, teachers become observers in the learning process and track the children’s interests through observations during play.
